PRINCIPLES
Proper Safety Gear
Onocon supplies their employees with company uniform. PPE safety gear is to always be worn on site, including safety boots, hard hats, goggles, etc.
Induction
Each construction site has different types of hazards and work operations. Before starting a project, Onocon is sure to do a walk-through of each site to be aware of what is happening, so that each employee can work safely.
Tidy Site
Construction sites tend to become messier as work goes on. Onocon keeps a tidy work site to help prevent any slips and trips that may occur. Tools, materials and garbage are to be put away after use to help keep a clean and safe work environment.
Safety Signs and Procedures
Onocon is sure to follow the requirements of any signs used in the workplace, each of our employees are familiar with what each sign represents and its safety cautions. Workers at every level are responsible for the overall health and safety guidelines. Onocon is registered under WSIB (The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board). We constantly strive to improve our procedures and policies to offer a high standard to our employees, clients, and surrounding public.
